Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions below apply to all Swim with Style customers.

By booking lessons, you agree to comply with these terms.

Failure to adhere to these Terms & Conditions may result in termination of lessons, for which Swim with Style is under no obligation to provide a refund

Swim with Style reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

The most up-to-date version will always be available via the Parent Portal.

General Terms & Conditions

All children attending Baby & Pre-School lessons and SEN Group must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

Customers are responsible for the child or children in their care at all times.Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other customers and members of the public. Foul language, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Swim with Style reserves the right to refuse entry if behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

Physical contact between teacher and swimmer may be necessary during lessons and will always be professional and appropriate.It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure all medical conditions and relevant information are accurately recorded and kept up to date on the Parent Portal.

Customers must adhere to all pool procedures, including entry/exit routes and changing room guidance.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your lesson and leave within 15 minutes after. Smoking and vaping are prohibited within pool buildings and grounds.

Absence & Refund Policy

Payment is made in advance in half-term blocks.

If Swim with Style cancels a lesson, a credit will be applied to your account.

Missed lessons due to personal reasons (including holidays or one-off illness) are not credited or refunded.

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions.

Long-Term Absence (Serious Reason)Where a swimmer is unable to attend for three or more consecutive weeks due to a serious reason (e.g. medical condition, injury or ongoing health issue preventing participation), a credit may be issued at Swim with Style’s discretion.Single weeks off — including contagious illnesses — fall under standard absence and are not credited.

This policy ensures fairness to all families, as pool hire and staff costs are secured in advance for each block.

Booking a Class

Bookings are made online.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking and prior to each new swimming term.By providing card details, you authorise Swim with Style to request payment for future lesson blocks.

Swimmers are automatically rolled into the next term unless cancellation is received.

Progress reports, attendance, dates and payments can be viewed via the Parent Portal.

Holiday courses are charged separately and do not affect regular term payments.

Payments & AuthorisationPayment is by card only.

Swim with Style does not operate monthly direct debits.

Payments are taken per half-term block.If a recurring card payment fails, places are not guaranteed and may be offered to those on the waiting list.

Cancelling card authorisation does not override the refund policy.

To stop lessons, notification must be provided via the Parent Portal, email, or official communication channels before the next payment date.

What to Wear

Children not fully toilet trained must follow the double nappy policy.

Jewellery must be removed.Long hair must be tied back.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn.Outdoor footwear is not permitted poolside.

Swim with Style reserves the right to refuse entry if dress requirements are not met

Health & Safety

Swimmers must not attend with infectious illnesses.

Children must not return until medically cleared where appropriate.

No running on poolside.

No alcohol before lessons.

Children over 8 must use their own gender changing room.

Any safeguarding concerns will be reported to relevant authorities.

Photography & Safeguarding

No photography or filming without prior permission.

Only photographs of your own child are permitted.

The teacher’s decision regarding photography is final.

Phones, tablets and laptops are not permitted poolside due to safeguarding regulations other than poolside staff who may use devices for registers and admin.

Last-Minute Cancellations by Swim with Style

If Swim with Style cancels a lesson, you will be notified via text and email.

A credit will be applied to your account.

Swim with Style is not responsible for missed communications if contact details are not up to date.

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied:

Speak to the teacher or poolside supervisor.

Contact your local Swim with Style office via email

Escalate in writing to Swim with Style Head Office if necessary.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
